We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver residential projects from construction through to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget constraints, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development lifecycle of Class 1 residential projects
  • Supervise contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules in real-time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on early-stage DA and CC projects
  • Present regular progress reports to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and legal regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of the construction process, project scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience managing contractors and liaising with stakeholders
  • Property development experience (DA, CC stages) is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
