As a seasoned Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality residential projects. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to shape the future of thriving communities and lead a team of experienced professionals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will take ownership of the project, ensuring every home is built to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. They will be the central point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations, and keeping the project running smoothly and on schedule.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to mentor and guide others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering residential projects on time and to spec, with a strong trade background and relevant qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Construction Supervisors across a single-site project.
  • Oversight of site operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and company protocols.
  • Build strong relationships with developers, suppliers, and trades.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Champion a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record as a Construction Manager or Senior Supervisor.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering residential projects on time and to spec.
  • A trade background (preferably carpentry) with a Cert IV in Building & Construction.
  • A Qualified Supervisor Certificate.
  • Experience working directly with developers and managing client relationships.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A valid driver's licence with no restrictions.
