Development Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead our development projects from feasibility through delivery.

  • This is a senior role suited to a driven property professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to play a key role in delivering high-quality developments.

You'll work across acquisition, planning, design development, and delivery - contributing to projects that shape the built environment in prominent locations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end development management across complex residential and mixed-use projects
  • Oversee feasibility modelling, site assessments, and due diligence
  • Manage planning pathways and approvals in close collaboration with consultants and authorities
  • Drive design development in alignment with commercial and customer outcomes
  • Work closely with delivery and construction teams to meet program, cost, and quality objectives
  • Identify project risks and manage mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including JV partners and councils
  • Contribute to broader business strategy including acquisitions and development pipeline planning

We're looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in property development, ideally across residential or mixed-use assets. You should have a strong understanding of development processes, planning pathways, and financial modelling.

  • Commercially astute with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline
