Job Description

Lead a team of contract administrators on a large-scale residential development project. Ensure compliance with project objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Administer construction contracts, manage variations, progress claims, and RFIs.
  • Cost Control: Oversee budgets, track costs, and ensure financial reporting accuracy.
  • Procurement: Manage tender preparation, evaluation, and subcontractor negotiations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements

A minimum 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator, with recent senior-level exposure.

  • Proven track record on large-scale Class 2 residential or mid-tier commercial projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency with contract management software.
