BTR Project Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage business residential property (BTR) developments across the full lifecycle - from feasibility and planning through to design, construction, and settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage BTR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive the full development lifecycle, including feasibility, design, planning approvals, construction, and handover.
  • Oversee development applications (DAs) and liaise with councils, authorities, consultants, and contractors to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and review feasibility studies, financial models, and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
  • Monitor budgets, programs, and cost reports, providing updates to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and in line with company objectives.
