Leading Senior Residential Project Specialist

We are seeking an experienced senior project manager to oversee and deliver our Class 1 residential projects, including single dwellings, townhouses, and duplexes.
- Deliver Class 1 residential projects from construction through to completion, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality outcomes.
- Oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor construction progress, budgets, and schedules, addressing issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Collaborate with the development team on early-stage DA and CC projects, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in construction management, preferably within residential developments.
- Strong understanding of the construction process, project scheduling, budgeting, and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage contractors and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Property development experience (DA, CC stages) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
