Senior Residential Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to lead a complex residential development project in Sydney's west.
- Manage the administration of construction contracts in accordance with project objectives and compliance standards.
- Oversight of budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting accuracy.
- Tender preparation, evaluation, and subcontractor negotiations management.
- Building and maintaining relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project delivery.
- Variations, progress claims, RFIs, and contract-related correspondence management.
- Support and guidance to junior CAs, ensuring high team standards.
A minimum 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator, recent senior-level exposure.
- Proven track record on large-scale Class 2 residential or mid-tier commercial projects.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency with contract management software such as Jobpac or Cheops.
