As a key member of our Community Fire Safety directorate, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, administrative support to our staff, and accurate and timely invoicing and management of our accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service to TasFire Equipment clients
  • Administrative support to TasFire Equipment staff
  • Accurate and timely invoicing and management of TasFire Equipment accounts
  • Provide broad administrative functions to the Community Fire Safety directorate, including ordering supplies, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and other administrative matters
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Knowledge and experience consistent with qualifications recognised at Certificate III and IV or equivalent level
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in a competitive business environment
