Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the team in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Providing accurate information and assistance with products or services
- Resolving customer issues or escalating them as needed
- Maintaining up-to-date records and processing transactions
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
About You:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer management systems
