Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to play a vital role in managing the entire employee lifecycle for our distribution centre and blue-collar workforce. This includes overseeing workforce planning, ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining comprehensive HR records, and acting as a liaison between the business and external staffing agencies.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office management, HR administration, or workforce coordination, advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS/rostering systems, exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Drive efficient workforce planning and rostering
- Administer accurate and timely payroll processing
- Facilitate seamless recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate HR records
- Provide effective employee relations support
- Contribute to employee learning and development initiatives
