Townhouse Construction Manager Wanted

We are seeking capable supervisors with 1-10+ years' experience in medium-density/townhouse supervising to join our construction team. Our team boasts a huge pipeline of ongoing work throughout Melbourne's South-Eastern suburbs.
About the Role- Oversee the construction of mostly townhouses, ensuring timely completion and meeting project requirements.
- Manage trade & supplier allocation & performance (incl OH&S), promoting efficiency and productivity.
- Reporting to management regarding onsite activity, including progress updates and potential challenges.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including suppliers, tradespeople, and clients.
- A trade qualification or background is desirable, but not essential.
- At least 1-10+ years supervising residential builds, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience supervising townhouses is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication & organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Evidence of loyalty throughout your career, demonstrated through your professional achievements.
- Intermediate IT skills, enabling efficient use of software and systems.
- A proactive mindset & the ability to drive results, delivering projects on time and within budget.
