**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in West Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising multiple townhouse developments and standalone homes, ensuring quality of work and adherence to deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all work onsite for multiple townhouse developments and standalone homes.
  • Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines.
  • Manage and negotiate with sub-contractors.
  • Evaluate contractors' work and ensure it meets specifications, legal requirements, and council laws.
  • Monitor and confirm that projects are completed within budgeted parameters.

**Requirements:**

  • A proven track record of delivering consistent projects to deadline and within allocated budgets.
  • Experience working for a Volume or Medium-Density residential homebuilder in Victoria for more than 2 years.
  • Strong trade base and understanding of trade rates.
  • Positive proactive attitude and problem-solving ability.
  • Desire to build a career within the company.
  • Consistently hardworking, honest, and interested in being part of a valuable team.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills across both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for high-quality finishes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of BCA and Rescode.
