Director of High-Performance Construction Projects

As a key leader, you'll oversee the delivery and performance of townhouse and multi-unit projects across Victoria. You'll provide direction to project managers while maintaining focus on budget, timeline, compliance, and stakeholder outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of project managers across multiple concurrent builds
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Act as an escalation point for delivery and performance challenges
- Ensure compliance with quality frameworks
- Support resource planning and procurement to maximise project efficiency
- Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Drive a culture of accountability, quality, and team development
- Contribute to company-wide strategy and operational improvement
- Proven experience as a project director or senior project manager in medium-density residential construction
- Deep knowledge of townhouses, duplexes, and multi-unit developments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Advanced knowledge of construction contracts, project scheduling, and cost control
- Excellent stakeholder and client management capabilities
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management or similar
