Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our medium-density residential construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of work throughout all stages of construction, managing sub-contractors, and promoting safe working protocols.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing builder with a strong presence in the medium-density townhouse development space. You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, from 6-12 unit developments, and drive them from start-to-finish while ensuring they are completed within set deadlines.
About the Role- Supervise all work onsite for multiple townhouses, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to specifications;
- Manage and negotiate with sub-contractors, coordinating their presence on site and ensuring timely completion of tasks;
- Monitor and confirm that all work is completed within budgeted parameters;
- Promote and maintain safe working protocols at all times, conducting safety inspections as required;
- Work closely with contractors and suppliers to establish ongoing relationships and ensure smooth project delivery;
- Support your team to deliver maximum efficient outcomes and contribute to the success of the business.
- A proven track record of delivering consistent projects to deadline within allocated budgets;
- Experience working for either a Volume or Medium-Density residential homebuilder in Victoria for more than 3 years;
- Strong trade base and understanding of trade rates;
- Positive proactive attitude and problem-solving ability;
- Strong desire and motivation to build a career within the company;
- Consistently hardworking, honest, and interested in being an integral part of a valuable team;
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across both internal and external stakeholders;
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for high-quality finishes;
- Comprehensive understanding of BCA and Rescode.
