Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the coordination of secondary subcontractors, schedule weekly work programmes, and provide clear leadership and direction to the site team.

The ideal candidate will have trade qualifications in Carpentry, experience on medium density townhouse projects, and demonstrated experience in subcontractor management, site supervision, and an understanding of safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of all structural, services and finishing elements
  • Scheduling weekly work programmes
  • Providing clear leadership and direction to the site team
  • Ensuring the safety of all personnel on site
Requirements:
  • Trade qualified - Carpentry
