About The Role

  • As a Senior Portfolio Leader, you will oversee a portfolio of townhouse and multi-unit projects across Victoria. You will provide strategic direction to Project Managers while focusing on budget, timeline, compliance, and stakeholder outcomes.
  • You will lead and mentor a team of project managers across multiple concurrent builds, overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Act as a key escalation point for delivery and performance challenges, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks.
  • Support resource planning and procurement to maximise project efficiency, maintaining clear communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, quality, and team development, contributing to company-wide strategy and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Senior Portfolio Leader or Senior Project Manager in medium-density residential construction.
  • Deep knowledge of townhouses, duplexes, and multi-unit developments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction contracts, project scheduling, and cost control.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management capabilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar.
