THE ROLE:
This isn't a site-based or commercial PM role – it's a Project Manager position centred on pre-construction.
You'll be the link between design, approvals, and delivery, making sure everything is set up for projects to run smoothly once they hit site.

- A Senior Project Coordinator/Assistant PM ready to step up into full PM responsibility, OR

DAY TO DAY:
- Coordinate pre-construction workflows, permits, approvals, and compliance
- Oversee project documentation, contracts, specifications, and selections
- Liaise with consultants, internal/external stakeholders and authorities to keep projects moving
- Track budgets, timelines, and risks — ensuring everything is in place before construction
- Support or lead contract administration processes as required
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience as a Project Manager or ready-to-step-up Senior Project Coordinator/Assistant PM
- Background in residential or medium-density projects for a builder/developer
- Strong knowledge of approvals, compliance, and pre-construction workflows
- Confident communicator who can coordinate across stakeholders, consultants, and authorities
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Must have full Australian working rights
