The ideal candidate will have previous administration or customer service experience, preferably in a retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver high-quality hearing health care services
- Learn about our products and services, as well as government funding programs, to expertly apply tailored client-specific sales strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, empathizing with their hearing journey and providing personalized support
- Support the delivery of high-quality hearing health care services to clients
- Collaborate with clinicians and hearing technicians to ensure seamless communication and effective client care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and business plans
- Engage with clients in a professional and empathetic manner, building trust and rapport through excellent communication skills
- Previous administration or customer service experience in a retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environment
- Experience working with an older demographic preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification
