
Enhancing Client Care Experience

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of client onboarding experiences and ongoing care support services. You will assess eligibility and suitability of clients' needs, coordinate referrals with relevant stakeholders, provide exceptional customer service, and support seamless transitions of clients to appropriate services.
This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will need to demonstrate competent administration skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in your work.
