- Coordinate with product providers on behalf of advisers.
- Manage adviser diaries and quality check documents prepared by colleagues.
- Select and schedule social media activities, including monthly newsletters.
- Maintain compliance with company and legislative requirements.
- Patient and personalized approach to customer service.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Previous experience in administration roles.
