About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional client service and support to our clients, staff, and families. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

  • Provide outstanding client service and support to our clients, staff, and families
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, care employees, case managers, and families
  • Ensure that all client care and service requirements/issues are acted on in a timely and efficient manner
  • Schedule services requests via our rostering system and communicate with relevant personnel

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve client interactions in the first instance or provide a timely handover to the appropriate area of the business
  • Roster staff with the appropriate qualifications to the correct clients

About You

  • Administrative experience in a face-to-face centre environment
  • Experience in the Home Care/Aged Care sector
  • Previous rostering experience is essential
  • A full driver's license
  • An ability to manage phone systems
  • A desire to work in a mission-based organisation
