About the Role
The Program Support Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, providing efficient communication with placement organisations, students and staff, and implementing procedures to ensure a quality experience for our students.
You will:
- Coordinate the administration of placements and internships;
- Assist in the development, documentation and implementation of procedures;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders supporting student placement opportunities;
- Contribute to the administering of financial processing; and
- Provide accurate information and advice on work integrated learning opportunities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in administration and interpretation of policies and procedures, providing accurate and timely advice to stakeholders.
You will possess:
- Administrative skills with the ability to maintain databases;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to provide accurate and timely advice;
- Problem-solving, time management and organisation skills; and
- Ability to work as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary package of $63,000 - $82,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
