Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum

Job Description
As an Event Production Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of events and activations across various precincts in Sydney's CBD. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating event requirements to ensure successful production and delivery;
  • Providing key logistical support for events and installations;
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
  • Managing procurement of contractors, including developing staff briefs and production plans;
  • Processing and managing event purchase orders and vendor payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in event/venue management and event operations/production;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities;
  • Experience in preparing and managing costings and budgets, purchasing and procurement, and contract management.
