Sales Champion for SMB Customers

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Champion to join our team at Atlassian. As a Sales Champion, you will be responsible for helping our SMB customers achieve success in their Atlassian cloud journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer engagement through various channels, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
- Demonstrate the value of Atlassian products and services by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, driving revenue growth and maximizing customer value.
- Assist customers in building a compelling business case to demonstrate the value and ROI of Atlassian products and services.
- Capture customer insights to help optimize product and marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
About You:
- You have +3 years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment, growing SMB or enterprise accounts.
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- You have experience managing a high volume of leads and opportunities through different channels.
- You have a customer-centric mindset and a do-it-right mentality.
