We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on driving growth in the Small to Medium Business (SMB) sector.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory plan aimed at revenue generation. Your primary objective will be to build a metrics-driven sales pipeline of new accounts and manage the sales process through the team from initial contact with a prospect to negotiating and closing contracts.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the sales process through the team from initial contact with a prospect, to negotiating and closing contracts.
  • Become a domain and industry expert especially in the SMB space for ANZ.
  • Close deals.
  • Partner with sales leadership and marketing in ANZ to jointly build a go-to-market strategy for your industry.

**Qualifications/Experience:**

  • 3+ years direct sales experience in a SaaS environment, preferably selling into Martech, advertising & media technology, and SMB clientele.
  • A proven track record delivering on or exceeding revenue goals and quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and carry through complex deals to closure.
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify opportunities in large volumes and interact with other team members to work toward closing deals.
  • An ability to assess and uncover client needs and pain points effectively and provide solutions through new products and services.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is a must.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to customize communication to the customer's needs with confidence; effectively delivers 'memorable' presentations leveraging storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent networking skills to identify the right customer stakeholders and build connections quickly to drive consensus for deals; drive communications with internal cross-functional teams for deal success.
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly preferred.
