Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team as an SMB Growth Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) segment.

Responsibilities

  • You will demonstrate a deep understanding of the Deputy solution and its capabilities, showcasing how it can simplify administration, solve staffing problems, engage employees, and save money.
  • You will manage your pipeline of leads and opportunities like a small business, working inbound leads that come through as new trials or enquiries on the website, while also identifying and pursuing your own outbound leads to fill your pipe.
  • You will effectively communicate with customers, listening to their needs and concerns, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who can help them achieve their goals.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • You will maintain accurate records of sales interactions, track progress, and analyze data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
  • You will stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment, preferably in one of our core verticals of Hospitality, Retail, or Healthcare.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, managing, and closing outbound leads, with a strong focus on numbers and KPIs.
  • Experience in working under pressure, amplifying fast-paced environments, and achieving goals and quotas.
  • Solid level of autonomy, combined with excellent communication, time-management, and prioritisation skills.
