Senior Sales Executive

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate all potential sales channels within your designated region;
- Engage with assigned leads to convert and nurture them, while also generating your own business prospects, ensuring accurate records in the CRM;
- Focus on minimizing service complaints and ensuring timely equipment installations;
- Formulate, oversee, and execute strategies aimed at business development and expansion in your territory;
- Ensure the effective execution of marketing initiatives;
- Collaborate on and present monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reviews.
Who You Are:
There is no fixed path to becoming a Senior Sales Executive at Webfleet Solutions. However, to excel in this position, we envision a candidate with the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in the vehicle telematics or fleet management sector;
- Proven ability to generate demand in the market, with a track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities;
- Strong expertise in B2B sales and a passion for establishing a local sales organization from the ground up;
- Demonstrated success in training, mentoring, and addressing customer needs;
- Capacity to work independently and responsibly in a remote setting;
- Highly driven with a self-starter attitude focused on achieving results;
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being advantageous;
- Fluent in English.
