About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Amadeus Hospitality. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across our customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities through the expanded Amadeus product portfolio, and drive sales activities to acquire new customers.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain structured sales plans with customers to increase functional efficiencies and identify new product and revenue opportunities.
  • Sales Support: Contribute to improved sales support processes, systems, and tools to ensure effective execution of acquisition, retention, and development targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and leverage a network of customers and industry contacts to drive business growth and increase revenues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in IT product and technology solutions sales.
  • Previous business development experience within the segment portfolio.
  • Travel industry background essential, preferably with Amadeus as a front-line travel agent or within Amadeus in a customer support, training, or sales role.
  • Proven sales track record and strong blend of commercial and customer-first ethos.
  • Sound knowledge of Amadeus products and services, along with a high level of functional GDS expertise.
  • Good understanding of the travel industry and Amadeus' position within the broader travel environment.
  • Tertiary level qualifications in a sales or business discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven self-starter with demonstrated self-motivation under little supervision.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, team player.
