Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and developing all potential sales channels within your designated region;
  • Engaging with, converting, and nurturing assigned leads while also generating your own business prospects, ensuring accurate documentation in the CRM;
  • Addressing service complaints promptly and ensuring timely equipment installations;
  • Formulating, monitoring, and executing strategies for business expansion and growth in your territory;
  • Overseeing the implementation of marketing initiatives;
  • Compiling and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reviews.

Who are you?

While there is no specific path to becoming a Senior Sales Executive at Webfleet Solutions, the following qualifications will contribute to your success in this position:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in the vehicle telematics or fleet management sector;
  • Proven ability to generate demand in the market, with a track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities;
  • Strong experience in B2B sales and a passion for establishing a local sales presence;
  • Demonstrated success in training, mentoring, and supporting customer needs;
  • Capability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setting;
  • A highly motivated, self-starting attitude with a focus on results;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being advantageous;
  • Fluency in English.
