The position of Senior Brand & Marketing Manager is designed to effectively utilize customer insights and market data to foster ongoing growth, engagement, and loyalty for the brand. This role emphasizes the importance of storytelling and the significant impact of branding on business success.

As the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing the content strategy, leading a dynamic team, and promoting brand loyalty. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative content that resonates with the target audience, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring the brand remains a leader in the travel sector. This role presents an opportunity to redefine the brand's market approach through strategic marketing initiatives, necessitating prior experience in crafting and executing comprehensive brand campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Production: Formulate and implement a detailed content strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and business objectives. Oversee the creation of high-quality content across various platforms, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a talented marketing team. Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere that promotes creativity and professional development. Enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Brand Loyalty: Initiate programs to bolster brand loyalty and improve customer retention. Leverage data-driven insights to create personalized experiences and engage meaningfully with the audience.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor assessments to identify trends and opportunities. Utilize this information to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Campaign Management: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract customers. Monitor campaign effectiveness and refine strategies for optimal results.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for brand initiatives.

Reporting directly to the CEO and being part of the Executive Leadership Team, this role will lead a national team. Candidates should possess experience in personnel management and have a passion for motivating and inspiring others.
