Snr Partner Development Manager, ANZ Public Sector

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sr. Partner Development Manager to lead our partner development efforts in the ANZ public sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive cloud adoption and innovation in the ANZ public sector, working closely with our partner teams and AWS field teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive cloud adoption and innovation in the ANZ public sector
  • Lead a team of partner managers to execute against the ANZ partner strategy
  • Establish deep business relationships with AWS partners that deliver outcomes led by public sector customer needs
  • Help build AWS partner practices, enable, and activate their field teams in support of government agencies, non-profits, and educational institutions
  • Work closely with the AWS sales team to build and drive joint pursuits as part of your strategic plan for the development of future opportunities
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
