Job Title: Snr Partner Development Manager, ANZ Public Sector

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Snr Partner Development Manager to join our team in ANZ Public Sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving cloud adoption and innovation in the ANZ public sector.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to build mind share and adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the ANZ public sector.
  • Manage a team of Territory Partner Managers to execute against the ANZ partner strategy.
  • Establish deep business relationships with AWS partners that deliver outcomes led by public sector customer needs.
  • Help build AWS partner practices, enable, and activate their field teams in support of government agencies, non-profits, and educational institutions.
  • Work closely with the AWS sales team to build and drive joint pursuits as part of your strategic plan for the development of future opportunities.
About You:
  • 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the cloud or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with partners and customers.
  • Strong industry experience and ability to think strategically about the mission, product, and technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
  • Experience working with public cloud, sales, solution development, Go-to-Market planning, and working with VARs, Solution Providers, and/or Systems/Solution Integrators.
