Sales Operations Analyst, ANZ Public Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing Sales Strategy & Operations team in Australia/New Zealand Public Sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of processes and mechanisms to streamline the execution of our ANZ Public Sector business strategy.
- Partner closely with ANZPS Sales management to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization and develop a solid framework for reporting, analyzing, and measuring progress.
- Analyze industry and market data, as well as Amazon internal data, to understand the competitive landscape and identify customer trends.
- Support strategic initiatives from an analytics and performance tracking standpoint.
- Take ownership of Data Governance for ANZ Public Sector, focusing on customer and partner data consistency and the ingestion of external data sources.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, working with large datasets
- 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience producing data-driven recommendations and suggestions to senior leadership
