Transforming Workplaces through People and Culture Expertise
About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned People and Culture Manager to spearhead our global operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of excellence across Australia, Singapore, and beyond.
Main Responsibilities- Business Partnership: Collaborate with Australian and Singaporean teams to develop workforce planning strategies, enhance performance, and drive organisational impact.
- People Operations and Compliance: Oversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless experiences from onboarding to performance management, rewards, and engagement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-impact team of up to 3, providing coaching, mentoring, and capability-building support.
- Global Programs and Initiatives: Develop and execute global P&C initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and organisational change across regions.
This is a fixed-term parental leave role lasting 9-12 months. The successful candidate will report to the Chief People Officer in Melbourne and start towards the end of November or early December.
