
Senior People and Culture Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead our People & Culture Operations across Australia and Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving workforce planning, performance, and organisational impact, with expertise in shaping and delivering people strategies across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective workforce plans, ensuring seamless experiences for employees at every stage.
- Promote compliance, driving continuous improvement in employment law, modern awards, and OHS standards.
- Turn people data into actionable insights, overseeing the delivery of clear reporting and metrics to leaders.
- Champion smarter ways of working by improving global HR systems, processes, and employee experience.
- Proven experience in People & Culture leadership, with expertise in workforce planning, performance, and organisational impact.
- Strong understanding of employment law, modern awards, and OHS standards.
- Ability to turn people data into actionable insights, with experience in delivering clear reporting and metrics.
- Leadership skills, with ability to coach and advise leaders through complex people challenges.
