
Strategic People and Culture Leader

This is a leadership role for an experienced professional who can transform our people strategy,
As the leader of our People and Culture team, you will drive the implementation of best-in-class HR practices that promote employee engagement, retention, and growth. You will lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and execute programs that deliver strategic business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in leading HR operations, with a proven track record of driving business results through innovative HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business objectives
- Build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and execute HR programs that deliver strategic business outcomes
- Collaborate with other functions to develop and implement talent management strategies that support business growth
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in leading HR operations, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of driving business results through innovative HR solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
