Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic HR leader to shape our organisational culture and support the growth of our people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute workforce planning, performance and organisational impact strategies across APAC.
  • Provide coaching and advisory services to senior leaders on complex people challenges, team dynamics and leadership growth.
  • Lead and advise on change initiatives that drive meaningful impact across functions and regions.

This is a fixed term parental leave role for 9-12 months, reporting to the Chief People Officer. The successful candidate will have 8+ years' progressive HR generalist or business partnering experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior role and people leadership experience.

You will be a confident coach and trusted advisor to senior leaders, with the ability to influence and handle sensitive matters with sound judgment. Our ideal candidate will have a track record of balancing strategic influence with hands-on delivery, leading small teams and scaling HR practices in high-growth environments. Experience in fast-paced, regulated industries is highly regarded.
