The Role

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will lead the delivery of people strategy into key divisions, shaping and executing people plans that directly support business objectives.

  • Provide commercially minded, solutions-focused people advice to senior leaders.
  • Lead organisational design and change initiatives aligned to business strategy.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning to anticipate and address future skill needs.
  • Partner with People Practices to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen culture, capability, and the Employee Value Proposition.
  • Oversee complex ER/IR matters, investigations, and dispute resolution.
  • Use data insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of people initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness, compliance, and continuous improvement.
About You
  • Significant experience as a senior HR business partner or people leader in a complex, matrix environment.
  • Proven expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and culture change.
  • Strong ER/IR knowledge with experience managing complex cases.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and confident operating at executive level.
