Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Scheduler to join our team. This role is responsible for facilitating effective communication between maintenance teams and operational staff, ensuring that all maintenance activities are aligned with operational requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with relevant teams to publish maintenance schedules in line with operational requirements
  • Coordinate maintenance intervals to meet operational needs
  • Regularly update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure all sites have the latest asset information and policies in accordance with OEM requirements
  • Procure spare parts, tools, and equipment as needed
  • Monitor and review maintenance tasks against agreed timings
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong time management skills, meticulous attention to detail, high accuracy for data entry, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should have intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CMMS, and other Windows-based software. A technical qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering is also desirable.
