Job Description

As a Service Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating service appointments to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other team members to optimize customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with all WHS responsibilities

You will also be responsible for arranging site access for technicians, including coordinating required inductions, mobilisation, and training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a service department, preferably in a similar position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trade qualifications in Diesel/Plant Mechanic or Electrical would be beneficial
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
