We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of maintenance activities across our large fleet of field equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a trade level qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering and have prior experience in an open cut mining environment. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of computer literacy are also essential for success in this position.

About the Role
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across a variety of field equipment, including electric rope shovels, excavators, and blast hole drills
  • Ensure that all maintenance work is executed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality, minimizing downtime and supporting production continuity
