Equipment Engineering and Rental Operations Coordinator

The job is for a Coordinator, Service and Rentals, to provide engineering support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offering service engineering assistance to customers with or without IHC equipment/products.
  • Providing warranty services to clients whose equipment has an existing contractual guarantee.
  • Supplying fit-for-purpose rental products to clients.
  • Maintaining the rental fleet to ensure it meets business objectives.
  • Ensuring all operations are conducted safely.
  • Preparing progress reports and performance metrics/KPIs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • HNC/HND in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • At least three years' experience in equipment-based engineering projects.
  • Desirable: prior knowledge of pipe lay, cable lay, subsea vehicle and/or marine equipment.
  • Desirable: experience in a service and/or warranty/guarantee role.
  • Strong awareness of Health and Safety regulations with formal qualifications preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and planning skills using Microsoft Project.
  • Proficiency in report writing and data analysis backed up by strong MS Office knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organised, analytical, self-motivated and professional individual.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to produce high-quality work even under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others in a cross-functional environment.
  • Willingness to undertake national and international travel as part of the job role.
