About the Role:

The Regional CEO and Board of Directors are seeking a leader to take charge after a transitionary period. As the face of the company, you will lead the executive team and manage the strategic direction, while maintaining the culture and professional services that have contributed to the company's success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and tourism authorities
  • Overseeing business strategy and day-to-day operations within budgeted sales and profitability targets
  • Fostering a high-performance culture and monitoring company culture
  • Representing the company at events and conferences
  • Managing risk exposures
  • Ensuring financial stability and asset protection
  • Maintaining compliance with regulations and national/local business laws

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Sound commercial experience in senior-level business management, having led a successful team and driven growth in the inbound tourism industry
  • Excellent managerial, leadership, and supervisory skills
  • Ability to interpret financial data to formulate business plans
  • Proficient organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin (preferred)
