About the Role: Director of Service Delivery and Growth

This role provides vital support to the State Director, playing a key part in fostering a strong internal service culture within the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a responsive and proactive service approach that aligns with both the operational and strategic needs of the organisation.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading and promoting a positive service delivery culture
  • Supporting change management initiatives throughout the Team to ensure the organisation continues to grow and evolve
  • Engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve timely and effective outcomes
  • Providing support, development, and mentorship to direct reports to enhance performance and skill growth
  • Ensuring the ongoing development of team members to support a high-performing, motivated, and capable team

This position is ideal for an experienced commercial valuer seeking to step into a leadership role and drive business growth.

About You: Director of Service Delivery and Growth

We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed commercial valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong client network, commitment to professional development, and the following qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • Associate of the Australian Property Institute (CPV Status) and/or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified valuer
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
