Based at our Head Office in Melbourne, you will report directly to our Senior Director - Retail ANZ. Your primary objective will be to foster strong relationships with customers, including Coles and Woolworths, and develop tailored sales strategies to drive profitable growth.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in national retail accounts. You will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to excel. Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the capacity to engage with senior stakeholders are essential.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive profitable growth in national retail channels
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Coles and Woolworths
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to achieve exceptional ROI and exceed targets
  • Monitor and analyse financial data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
