Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies and insights. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leveraging consumer insight data, tools, and analytics to identify opportunities for profit maximization and revenue expansion.

This involves developing data tools and processes that provide actionable recommendations to commercial teams, as well as generating market insights to support revenue strategy and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
  2. Commercial/Financial Results: Partner with commercial leaders to drive the implementation of channel strategies, track results, and turn learnings into actionable solutions.
  3. Commercial Policy Planning: Embed value management in relevant commercial planning processes and provide inputs to support business decisions.
  4. Outcomes Monitoring and Governance: Run monthly gross-to-net reviews, including promotional analysis and reconciliation, in partnership with finance.
  5. TPM Tool Management: Guide projects end-to-end, partnering with sales, finance, administration, and other stakeholders to establish best practice use of TPM tools.
  6. Leadership and Team Management: Lead the Pricing & Promotions Administration Team, driving efficiencies and continuous improvement of pricing systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business management, or a related field.
  • Background in the consumer, retail, or FMCG industry with prior roles in revenue management, finance, sales, or trade marketing.
  • Experience creating insights across data sets and visualizing data tailored to different audiences; skilled in storytelling.
  • Well-developed strategic thinking, commercial and financial acumen, and analytical capability to derive insights.
  • Experience with TPM systems (Blueshift is an advantage), SAP, Power BI, and advanced analytical skills to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Impactful leadership, excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex situations, and build cross-functional rapport at all levels.
