We are seeking an accomplished commercial leader to spearhead national go-to-market strategies for biological and biosynthetic ag inputs. As a senior strategist, you will shape channel development, oversee supplier relationships, and drive revenue growth across key sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute national go-to-market strategy for biotech products
  • Manage supplier relationships and channel integration into Australian markets
  • Educate and influence resellers, growers, and stakeholders on the benefits of our products
  • Drive revenue growth across horticulture, livestock, cotton, and environmental sectors through effective sales strategies
  • Represent the business at industry forums and events, promoting our brand and products
  • Design and implement commercial structures to support future team expansion and growth
  • Utilize CRM systems to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and manage the sales pipeline
Requirements:
  • Strong existing networks across agchem and ag retail sectors
  • Proven success in commercial ag roles with national scope, driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Experience leading supplier and corporate relationships, negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Confidence in delivering technical education and market engagement, communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Ability to travel nationally, manage your own schedule, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in agronomy, biotech, or agri-inputs is highly desirable, as is proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
