Job Title: Chief Revenue Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Revenue Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Services Division, you will play a critical role in negotiating and managing third-party funding arrangements with compensable funding agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Hospital Services Arrangements between Queensland and the Department of Veteran's Affairs, ensuring commercially viable cost recovery of eligible services.
  • Analyse patient-level data, prepare and submit HSA funding claims.
  • Develop and manage interjurisdictional funding agreements and data sharing with other states and territories.
  • Oversee data responsibilities for compensable and interstate patient services.
  • Collaborate with other Queensland Health Divisions to develop revenue optimisation strategies, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated skills in activity-based funding data analysis, financial modelling, and forecasting.
  • High-level analytical, problem-solving, and evaluation skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in interpreting funding arrangements and legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
