Revenue Generation Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Generation Strategist to drive revenue growth and lead revenue management initiatives across two Melbourne & Brisbane properties.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing inventory, pricing, and yield strategies, communicating revenue management best practices across all levels, driving market share and developing overall pricing strategy across all distribution channels.

About the Ideal Candidate
  • A results-driven individual with a proven track record in revenue management and a passion for driving business growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and set effective strategies that achieve significant budget increases
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a hotel revenue management role with a solid understanding of reservations and rate distribution including OTA's, Web Booking Engine and GDS/IDS channels
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
