Desktop Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing onsite and offsite technical support to clients
- Resolving technical issues and troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is in good working order
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers to report faults and organise repairs and replacements
- Engaging with third-party vendors to resolve technical problems
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A genuine passion for technology and helping others
- Punctuality and the ability to think logically and laterally
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to operate with minimal supervision
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and possess strong technical skills, including knowledge of networks, routers, switches, and Microsoft operating systems.
